How to Add Patient Insurance

 

1. Click the button below under “Pharmacy” to expand the section if it is collapsed.

2. Enter the needed information into the fields or use a saved custom format. (For more details on custom templates, see next pages.)

3. Then, continue with the prescription like normal.

 


How to Create a Custom Format for Patient Insurance

 

1. Click the icon circled below and select “Add New Insurance”.

2. On the next screen, select “Add New Insurance”.

3. Complete the following fields as needed and click “Save”. (All fields are optional.)

How to Use a Custom Format for Patient Insurance

 

1. Click the circled icon below and select the title of your custom format. This example was titled “Testing”.

2. The fields will automatically be filled in with the information from the custom format. You can still edit any of the fields if needed.

3. Then, continue with the prescription like normal.
