Reports

Users and admins can run several reports in ScriptSure. The reports are primarily located in the REPORTS button in the top toolbar.

It is possible you may not have permissions to perform this function. If an administrator has restricted this, you will need to consult with the admin to change your Role to one that allows this function.

In addition, there are several reports that can be run on the patient Chart screen.

List of Reports

Below is a list of reports that can be generated. Some reports are Practice-related and some are Patient-related.

Practice Report: Audit Log	Produces a log of user activities for a time frame showing primary application activities: Date, description of the activity, user and the patient info
Practice Report: Medication Users	Produces a list of all patients that have been prescribed a specific medication
Practice Report: Operational Record	List of patients and medications prescribed per provider with data metrics (total number of patients, age groups, etc.)
Practice Report: Patient List	List all Active and inactive patients per practice location
Practice Report: Patient Visits	Lists all patients a provider has seen at a practice over a period of time
Practice Report: Prescription Logs	Lists all medications prescribed at a practice
Practice Report: Prescription Logs by Prescriber	Lists all medications prescribed by a prescriber
Practice Report: User Controlled Substance	Lists all medications that have been prescriber over a period of time
Patient Report: Current medications	Prints report of all current medications for a specific patient
Patient Report: All medication history	Prints report of all medications every prescribed for a patient in the application
Patient Report: Allergies	Prints report of all allergies for a patient
Patient Report: Demographics	Prints report of all demographics for a patient
Patient Report: Diagnosis history	Prints report of all diagnosis history
Patient Report: Downloaded medication history*	Prints report of all downloaded medication history for the patient (12-months). This report is not generated in ScriptSure. It is downloaded from Surescripts network and is derived from information from PBMs and insurance providers. It is not a complete list of medication history.
Patient Report: VIEW PMP REPORT*	Produces a report of the patients 12-month of opioid medications that have been prescribed over the last 12-months. This report is not generated in ScriptSure. It is retrieved from APPRISS Health which combines participating states PMPs (also referred to as PDMPs) in to one list. It is not a complete list of medication history.

*DISCLAIMER: Certain information may not be available or accurate in this report including items that the patient asked not be disclosed due to patient privacy concerns, over-the-counter medications, low cost prescriptions, prescriptions paid for by the patient, or non-participating sources, or errors in insurance claims information. The provider should independently verify medication history with the patient.
