Only administrators have access to manage users.
- Login to ScriptSure: app.scriptsure.com.
- Click "Current Practice" on the upper hand part of the screen then click the gear icon across the practice that you'd like to make changes to.
- You may manage users by clicking the "Manage Existing Users" button or just scrolling down and checking the user list as shown on the screenshot below:
- On this interface, you'll find the avenue to add new users seamlessly. Simply tap the "Add USER" button located on the right-hand side of the screen, then opt to include either a provider or a supporting user into ScriptSure.
- On the right-hand side, you will find options to "reset password", "resend invite", and "view" as shown below:
Send Password Reset
Click here to reset the user's password. The user will receive an email with prompts to reset their password.
Send Welcome Email
Click here to send a welcome email to the user. The email will come from accounts@dawsystems.com and will have a link to launch ScriptSure along with the username.
View
To edit the user's information, click "View". This will open their profile settings.
1. Once you click the "View" button, you'll navigate to the USER PROFILE page. The options under this page are: the "Edit" button for quick adjustments, "User Settings" for customization, "Inactivate User" for management, "Reports" for insights, and "Send Email" for communication.
2.Select "Edit," and you'll gain access to refine the user's fundamental details such as name spelling, email address, or phone number. You'll also be able to edit User Permissions, Adminstration Access, Pending Prescription Alerts and other information on this page.
3. When you click on the "User Settings" button you'll find "User Electronic
Options", "User Check and Alerts", "Miscellaneous", Print Settings" where you can edit
4. Simply hit the "Inactivate User" button to revoke the user's access to ScriptSure, ensuring they no longer have entry to the platform.
5. Click the "Reports" button to view the user's activity log:
6. Clicking the the"Send Email" button will give you 3 options: "Send Welcome Email", "Reset Password", "Open ID.Me Support Case"
Navigate a bit further down the USER PROFILE interface, and you'll encounter four distinct sections:
Permissions: This section shows the users authorized to prescribe for the individual user, as well as a list of prescribers the user is permitted to prescribe for.
Token: Below this section lies the ID.Me user information, neatly organized for reference. You can click the copy button to include these details when escalating concerns to ID.Me at dawsystems@id.me.
Practice List: Here, you'll find an exhaustive rundown of all the practices to which the user is affiliated.
Provider Service Level: Delve into this section for troubleshooting SureScripts registration and managing EPCS options seamlessly.
