Navigate to User Settings

  • 1. Access Settings:

    • Click on your name located in the top-right corner of the screen. Then, select "SETTINGS" from the dropdown menu.

  • 2. Navigate to Manage Users & Practices:

    • Within the "Select the Practice" window, find the practice where the user is and click on "View" located on the right-hand side.

  • 3. Edit User Details:

    1. In the "Practice User List," page locate the user you wish to remove. Click on the "VIEW" option corresponding to the user's row.

    2. 4.  Scroll down and go to the " Provider Service Level" section. Here's where you can:
    3. REQUEST or REMOVE EPCS REQUEST for all practice.
    4. REQUEST EPCS for a specific practice.
    5. REMOVE EPCS for a specific practice.
