Setup Refill Rx & Change Rx Service Levels - register for ERX

• Login to ScriptSure.

• Click your name in the top righthand corner and click on "My Profile".
  

• Scroll down until you reach the "Provider Service Level" section.
   
• On the right part of the screen, click on "Register for all Practice" or click the"Register" button across the practice that you'd like to make changes to:
  
  
•  Select REFILLRx and/or CHANGERx as desired and then click REGISTER.
  

Note: It may take up to 7 days for pharmacies to download your new service level to allow their system to send you these message types.

Note: If you receive an error, you will need to open a case for our Support team to assist with your registration.
