Navigate to Patient's Chart
1. Login to ScriptSure: www.scriptsure.com.
2. Search for and select the patient.
3. Once you select the patient, the system will automatically take you to the chart.
Insurance Information
- If insurance is found for the patient, it will be listed here. It will indicate if the insurance includes coverage for retail and/or mail pharmacies. For example: It will show "Mail: Y" if mail coverage is included or "Mail: N" if it is not.
- If the patient has more than one insurance, you can select the dropdown to choose the other insurance(s).
