Navigate to Patient's Chart
1. Login to ScriptSure: www.scriptsure.com.
2. Search for and select the patient.
3. Once you select the patient, the system will automatically take you to the chart.
Downloaded Medication History
- Downloaded medications are pulled from scripts that have been billed to the patient's insurance. (This option is not available to all plans.)
- To add a medication from history to the patient's current medication list, click the icon below.
- To view more details about an order, click the icon below.
