Encounters

Navigate to a Patient's chart

1. Login to ScriptSure: https://app.scriptsure.com/.
2. Search for and select the patient.
3. Once you select the patient, the system will automatically take you to the chart.

Encounters

• Click "Encounters" to see a list of encounters showing sets of recent orders.
  
  
• Click the down arrow for the date you want to view.
  
  
• A breakdown of the orders from that date will be displayed. Green arrows indicate a still active medication, grey arrows indicate an inactive medication. The red circle allows the user to cancel an active prescription.
  
  
• Click the green arrows next to an order to represcribe the individual order. And click "Represcribe All" to reorder all scripts in the encounter.
