DESCRIPTION - BAMBOO PMP Gateway: ScriptSure has BAMBOO PMP Gateway report integrated into ScriptSure. This integration produces a report of the patient's opioid medication history that have been prescribed and filled over the last 12-months. This report is not generated in ScriptSure. It is retrieved from BAMBOO Health connection which combines participating states PMPs medication history data (also referred to as PDMPs) into one list. PLEASE NOTE, THE APPRISS LIST IS NOT A COMPLETE LIST OF MEDICATION HISTORY. Steps to Set up BAMBOO:
1. Visit: https://go.bamboohealth.com/ehrrequest and complete the steps detailed on the screen
2. Depending on the State, you will sign-up in different steps.
*Special Instructions for entities located in Michigan and Tennessee:
Due to state restrictions, Tennessee and Michigan will continue to have their own integration request forms and will require all customers wishing to integrate in their state to sign up via the process below.
