Sign up Process for New Account

  • ScriptSure will provide you with a link to sign up. Click the link and complete the 7 step process: 
  1. Eligibility 


2. User Information


3. Confirm Email


4. Set Password


5. Provider Identification


6. Practice Details


7. Payment (enter payment information OR if you are working with a vendor EMR or Practice Management system you may not see this window and you can skip this step).



2. End User License Agreement

  • View each agreement and if you agree, click "I agree to all terms".


3. Login to ScriptSure

  • After you have completed the 7 step process above, you should receive a Welcome email. Click "Launch ScriptSure".  
  • Note: Save/bookmark this website for easy access in the future.


  • Enter your Username and Password. (Your username will be listed in the Welcome email, and you created the password during Step 4 above.)


4. Complete 4 remaining Steps

A window will pop up showing remaining steps that need to be completed. 


1. BAA: Click "START" to preview and sign the Business Associate Agreement.


2. ID.me: Click "Begin ID Proofing Process" to complete ID Proofing. (If you already have an account, click "Already have an ID.me Account" instead.)


3. CoverMyMeds: Click "Signup Now" to Setup Prior Authorization or click "Remind me later". (CoverMyMeds allows you to handle insurance prior authorizations electronically.)


4. New User: Setup an Administrator

  • You must invite an additional user as a FULL Administrator. This user will need to sign in and approve you to prescribe controlled substances at the practice. The additional user can either be a Supporting User or a Prescriber.  If you invite a new prescriber, please note there will be a charge equivalent to your subscription cost.
