*Supporting Users will not be able to send prescriptions until this step has been completed.

When a new supporting user is added to ScriptSure, a prescriber must login to approve their permission request, which will enable the new supporting user to send prescriptions on the prescriber's behalf.

Steps for Supporting User to Request Permission

1. The supporting user will login to ScriptSure and click "NO PROVIDER SELECTED" in the top left-hand corner of the screen.

2. Then, click "REQUEST".

3. Next, the supporting user will select each prescriber they need permission from. To select prescribers, there are a few options. You can click "ADD" next to each prescriber's name, or you can check the boxes next to the prescribers' names and then click "Add Checked". (Clicking "Check All" will check all boxes.)

4. Then, the Prescriber will need to login to approve the request. (see below for steps)

Steps for Prescriber to Approve Permission Requests

  1. The prescriber will login to ScriptSure. The message below will pop up, and they will click "REVIEW ACCESS REQUESTS".

2. The window below will pop up with a list of all pending permission requests. The prescriber will click "Grant" to approve an individual request or click "Grant All" to approve all at once.

4. The final step for the prescriber will be to click "Yes" on the window below. Once this has been completed, the supporting user should be able to send prescriptions for the prescriber.

Note: If the prescriber initially skipped the prompt, they can get back to it by clicking "Access Request" in the top toolbar.
