Save Custom Formats

To create and store a custom format, which includes selection of the strength, quantity and directions for a medication, please follow these steps:

1. Login to ScriptSure
2. Select any patient
3. Click prescribe new drug
4. Search for and select a medication 
5. Select the strength and a quantity and directions (or click CREATE YOUR OWN FORMAT in the slider on the right).  NOTE:  The custom format you will create will be attached to this STRENGTH you selected.
6. The prescription preview window will open; update the quantity and directions, refills and any other elements.
7. After the medication is configured as you want it, you can save this as a template (custom format) for this medication and strength to be used for other patients.
8. Click  SAVE CUSTOM FORMAT on the blue quantity bar.
9. You can then give then format a title (or leave it blank) and click SAVE. 

Thereafter, any time you select the medication and strength, your custom format will appear there.
