Setup Refill Rx & Change Rx Service Levels - register for ERX

• Login to ScriptSure.
• Click your name in the top righthand corner.

• Select "Settings"

• Navigate to User Settings and click USER PROFILE

Edit your profile and at tab 8(Service Level), Click Show ADVANCED Messages  and then select REFILL Prescription and/or CHANGE Prescription as desired and then click REGISTER ALL PRACTICES and after confirmation click COMPLETE.

After the above is complete, you will be able to receive electronic refills and change requests.

Note: It may take up to 7 days for pharmacies to download your new service level to allow their system to send you these message types.

Note: If you receive an error, you will need to open a case for our Support team to assist with your registration.
