Add or Update Provider Medical Licenses: DEA, NPI, State License & Detox (NADEAN) Credentials

Here are the steps on how to add or update provider medical licenses. A user with an Admin access or the prescriber can complete these steps:

1. Launch ScriptSure - After logging in, please click on your name located on the top right corner:

2. A pop-up window will appear, click on EDIT PROFILE to change your Settings or if you are an ADMIN you can click SETTINGS. 

3. Once done, scroll down to the bottom of the options then click on Manage User List. 

4. You will then see all the names of the users within your practice. Select the user you who you need to add or update the medical licenses then click on Edit. 

Note: You may have to zoom out your browser's view to see the Edit button located on the very right side of the screen.

5. Click on Identification.

6. You will then see the fields where you can input all the medical licenses information. Once all the needed information has been added or updated, click on Next.

7. Under Service Level (8), you must register the updates made then click REGISTER ALL PRACTICES.

8. The system will then confirm once the registration is successful. Click on CLOSE & then COMPLETE.
