Follow these steps to locate the Message ID of the prescription:
1. Begin by selecting the patient you are managing.
2. Navigate to the "Prescriptions" tab and locate the desired prescription. Click either the green checkmark indicating "Pharmacy Received" or the red exclamation point icon.
3. Upon opening the prescription details, you'll easily locate the Message ID prominently displayed in the top-left corner. To quickly copy the Message ID, simply click on the "Copy" icon provided.
