How to Reactivate Organizations

1. Login to the ScriptSure Platform https://manage.scriptsure.com/

2. On the Home tab, search for the organization to be reactivated and select from the results. You can refine these results by using any of the checkboxes to the right of the Search bar. You can also search for an organization by clicking on the "Organizations" tab and again refining your search to the right of the search bar.

3. Select the desired organization by clicking the "View" button, and click "Activate Organization" on the Organization page.

4. On the resulting popup you can choose to cancel reactivating the organization, reactivate the organization and all its subgroups, or reactivate the organization only.

5. The organization is shown as reactivated when the "Activate Organization" button has changed to "Inactivate Organization", and the organization summary returns to its original purple color.
