How to Inactivate Organizations

1. Login to the ScriptSure Platform https://manage.scriptsure.com/

2. On the Home tab, search for the organization to be inactivated and select from the results. You can refine these results by using any of the checkboxes to the right of the Search bar. You can also search for an organization by clicking on the "Organizations" tab and again refining your search to the right of the search bar.

3. Select the desired organization by clicking the "View" button, and click "Inactivate Organization" on the Organization page.

4. On the resulting popup you can choose to cancel inactivating the organization, inactivate the organization and all its subgroups, or inactivate the organization only.

5. The organization is shown as inactivated when the "Inactivate Organization" button has changed to "Activate Organization", and the organization summary has turned red.
