How to Search on the ScriptSure Platform

There are two ways to search on Platform. You can use the general search bar at the very top of the page or the Search All search bar to the left. The Search All search bar has multiple search filters and advanced search filters that can be utilized. Using either of these search bars without any search parameters set will perform a general search of all Organizations, Business Units, Practices, and Users. The default is set to "All", which means both active and inactive entities will appear in the search results.

To search, type in either search bar and click the magnifying glass icon or the blue "Search" button, or hit the Enter button on your keyboard.

To narrow down a search use any of the tabs listed at the top of the page.

1. Home: Searches everything.

2. Users: Searches Users only.

3. Practices: Searches Practices only.

4. Business Units: Searches Business Units only.

5. Organizations: Searches Organizations only.

All of these can be narrowed down even further by checking and unchecking the boxes next to the search bar or by using the advanced search filters.

Advanced Search

The Advanced Search on the Home tab is accessed by clicking the three little dots to the right of the Search bar. This search displays tabs for Users, Practices, Business Units, and Organizations. Each tab contains different search criteria available to find the desired entity.

Search Views

The search result page can be viewed in one of two ways: tile view or table view. This can be changed by choosing either of the below buttons to the right of the search bar.

Tile View

On the Home tab, results are displayed in their respective categories: Users, Practices, Business Units, and Organizations. Each category can be collapsed or expanded by clicking the blue arrow next to each heading. Each tile contains a summary of the user, practice, business unit, or organization. They are expanded by clicking the "View" button on the bottom right of each tile.

Each tab contains a tile view of the most recently added Users, Practices, Business Units, and Organizations.

Table View

On the Home tab, results are displayed in a table format again categorized by Users, Practices, Business Units, and Organizations. Categories can be expanded or collapsed by clicking the blue arrow next to each heading. Each result can be viewed in full by clicking the "View" button to the right of the result line.

All other tabs contain table views of the most recently added Users, Practices, Business Units, and Organizations.
