If you have access to the Message ID search feature within ScriptSure, you will see an "RX Search" tab once you log in. Here's how you can search for a Message ID within the management site:
1. Log in to the management site at https://manage.scriptsure.com/login. Click on the "RX Search" tab, then enter the Message ID in the search field then hit the "Search" button:
2. You will then be directed to the Message ID page, where you can view details about the prescription, such as patient information, provider, and the pharmacy it was sent to. You can also click the "Show More" button to access additional information:
