  • Once logged in, search the user's name:

  • If ID proofing is not yet complete the words "ID proofing not completed" will be highlighted in red:


  • If the new provider is not finished with ID proofing process, have them sign into https://app.scriptsure.com/login and an auto-pop-up message will appear asking the provider to complete the ID proofing process. If you need further assistance, please contact support at support@dawsystems.com.
