Inviting Users


To invite a user to ScriptSure, complete the following:


1. Login to https://manage.scriptsure.com/.

2. Navigate to a practice profile either by performing a general search or by searching under the Practices tab.

3. Click the "Add User" button.



4. From the dropdown select from the following options:

       a. Invite New Provider Link Only

       b. Invite New Supporting User Link Only

       c. Invite New Provider to ScriptSure

       d. Invite New Supporting User to ScriptSure



Invite New Provider Link Only


This opens a popup displaying the User Invitation Link to associate a new provider with the current selected practice. From here the link can be directly opened or copied to send to the new provider. The link can also be updated to prevent anyone with the old link from completing setup.




After receiving the link, the user will enter all prescriber related information to create their user account, beginning with an NPI.




Invite New Supporting User Link Only


This option opens up a popup for the User Invitation Link to add a new supporting user. Similar to adding a provider, this popup will contain a link that can be directly opened or copied to send to the new supporting user.



After receiving the link, the supporting user will enter the required information.



Invite New Provider to ScriptSure & Invite New Supporting User to ScriptSure


These two functionalities allow the user to enter the required information to create an account prior to sending the invitation to the provider or supporting user to complete.
