Manually Adding New Users
PLEASE SEE INVITING USERS BEFORE MANUALLY ADDING A NEW USER: Inviting Users
1. Access https://manage.scriptsure.com/.
2. Navigate to a practice profile.
3. Click the "Create New User" button to the lower middle right of the page.
This will launch the "Add New User to Practice" popup, where all information for that user will be entered depending on the user type. All required fields are marked as Required by a red "Required" on the form.
1. User Status
Set the user as either Active or Inactive.
2. Start Date & End Date
Start Date will automatically be set to the date of creation, and the End Date can be chosen. Once the End Date is reached the user will inactivate.
3. First Name
4. Middle Name
5. Last Name
6. Suffix
7. Email Note: Emails are used as unique identifiers in ScriptSure, and they cannot be reused.
8. Cell
9. User Type
10. Salutation
User Permissions
Provider
If a user is a provider that will be prescribing medications, mark this radio button. This is a prescribing user with an NPI. If the provider is supervising other physicians, check Supervisor.
Note: A user may be a supervising physician without needing to be marked as a provider.
Marking the Provider radio button will open an additional section at the bottom of this popup for the provider's licenses. This will include their NPI, State License, DEA Number, along with some additional (optional) fields.
Supporting Staff
The Supporting Staff user role is for any users that will be supporting providers in a clinical or administrative capacity. This includes nurses, secretaries, IT, and other supporting staff members. Mark this radio button if the user is not going to be prescribing.
Administrator
Basic Administrator: Change practice and clinical application settings.
Full Administrators: Full Administrators have the ability to add, invite, and edit users of the organization.
Other Information
The Other Information section requires a time zone, specification of the Business Unit, and has an option for an External ID of the user.
