IMPORTANT: THE FOLLOWING STEPS ONLY APPLY TO SCRIPTSURE DIRECT USERS. IF YOU ACCESS SCRIPTSURE THROUGH AN EMR, PLEASE GO TO YOUR EMR TO ADD A USER.
1. Launch ScriptSure - https://manage.scriptsure.com/login
2. Locate the Practice the user needs to be added to using the Search Function
3. Click on the ADD USER button in the Practice's Profile
4. Select the appropriate option to either add a new provider or a new supporting user to the practice.
5. Complete the required fields, then SEND INVITE
Login Email: The user will use this to login to ScriptSure
ADMINISTRATOR:
Basic Administrator (Optional): Check this box if the user should be allowed to make changes to the practice settings. After selecting basic,
Full Administrator (Optional): Only check this box for administrators who need access to add, invite, or edit other users within the organization.
Supervisor: Check this box if the user will be approving prescriptions for other prescribers.
Associated Practices: Add Practices that the user can access
