Add User
The Add User button is found on the Practice page. This button allows you to invite a new provider or supporting user using only the invite link, or add a new provider or supporting user by entering in their basic profile information before sending them an invite to their email.
Invite New Provider/Supporting User Link Only
These options allow a direct link to be sent to the provider or supporting user. From this popup you can:
a. Copy the link to give to the provider or supporting user.
b. Open the invitation in your browser.
c. Get a new & updated link.
d. Change the invitation flow settings to keep the default flow or not allow external login.
Invite New Provider/Supporting User to ScriptSure
The Invite New Provider to ScriptSure and Invite New Supporting User to ScriptSure buttons allows the creating user to enter in the new user's basic information before sending them an invite link to their email. Each option requires:
a. A first and last name.
b. An email address.
c. The option of adding administrative privileges.
d. Choosing which practices in that business unit the user needs to be a part of.
Create New User
The Create New User button allows for the complete setup of a user's profile within ScriptSure. This option allows all user parameters to be set for User Type, User Permissions, and administrative privileges.
Choosing the Provider option will open the NPI and DEA fields, and will trigger the identity proofing requirement when the user logs in for the first time.
When the Create New User button is used, an invite is not sent to the user. The user will need to set their password for the first time through a Password Reset sent by either the creating user or requested from the login page by the new user.
