Navigating the ScriptSure Vendor Portal Interface

Once you log in, this is the main page where you can manage everything on the platform. Here's a quick guide to what you’ll see and how to use it:



Navigation Menu:

At the top or side, you’ll find buttons to move around the system:

  • Home – Brings you back to this main page anytime.

  • Users – Lets you view or manage user accounts (like prescribers, staff, etc.).

  • Practices – Shows a list of medical practices in your system.

  • Business Units – View or manage the company divisions tied to your account.



Search Section:

Search All – Lets you search across all areas (users, practices, etc.)


Here’s how to narrow things down:

  • Search Bar – Type in names, emails, or other keywords to find what you need.

  • Status Filter – Choose from:

    • All – Shows everything.

    • Active – Only shows currently active users or items.

    • Inactive – Shows disabled or deactivated items.

    • Pending – Applies only to users who are waiting for approval or setup.

  • Sort By – You can sort the results based on when they were created.
