How to Use the “Search All” Tool to Find Users, Practices, and Organizations

Modified on Fri, 11 Jul at 5:02 PM

The "Search All" tool in the ScriptSure Manage site allows you to quickly locate users, practices, and organizations across the platform using a single search bar.

 Step-by-Step Guide

1. Log In to ScriptSure manage site.

Go to https://manage.scriptsure.com/ and log in with your credentials.

2. Locate the “Search All” Bar

Once logged in, you’ll see the “Search All” field at the top of your Manage dashboard.

3. Enter a Search Term

You can search using the following:

a. Provider or User Name:
By typing the full name of the provider, all matching users will appear in the list—this includes users with active, inactive, and pending statuses.

b. Email address

c. Practice name

d. Organization name

e. NPI number

4. Select the Correct Result

As you type, results will appear below the search bar, grouped by category (Users, Practices, Organizations, etc.).

Click the appropriate result to open the corresponding profile.

5. Review or Manage the Record

Once you've selected a result, you’ll be directed to the detailed view for that user, practice, or organization. From there, you can:

- View credentials, roles, and service levels

- Update user information

- Check ID.me, DEA, or license status

- Manage practice details or service configurations

Tips for Best Results

  • The search bar at the top functions the same way across all pages and remains visible at all times. This allows users to search without needing to return to the Home tab each time.

  • Use full names or email addresses for more accurate matches

  • If a record doesn’t appear, double-check for typos or try alternative identifiers like NPI or practice name
