How Vendor Staff Users Access and Use the Platform

Once you log in, you’ll be directed to the main dashboard.


What You’ll See on the Dashboard

As a vendor staff user, your dashboard has all the regular features plus a few extras that are specific to your role.

Here’s a breakdown of what you’ll see:


Standard Navigation Options (same as other users):

  • Home – Returns you to the main dashboard.

  • Users – View and manage user accounts.

  • Practices – View/manage practices (e.g. clinics or provider groups).

  • Business Units – Shows company divisions linked to the system.




Vendor-Specific Menu Options:

As a vendor staff user, you will also see these two additional sections:

  • Organizations – This lets you view and manage all organizations connected to your vendor account.

  • Vendors – Allows access to details and management tools for your vendor profile and any linked services.




Search and Filter Tools

Below the menu, you’ll also see options to help you quickly find users, practices, or organizations:

  • Search Bar – Type keywords like names, emails, or organization names.

  • Status Filter – Choose to view:

    • All

    • Active

    • Inactive

    • Pending (for users only)

  • Sort By – You can organize the results by the date they were created.
