Detailed Process and Fields to Check at Both Practice and User Levels to Ensure Proper Bamboo Health Integration

Practice-Level Checks

1. Log into ScriptSure Manage site: https://manage.scriptsure.com/login

2. Search for the practice and then click on the pen icon as shown below:

3. Under the Update Practice section:

• Make sure the credentials are entered accurately.

• A valid Facility NPI must be present.

• Make sure the practice zip code is only 5 digits.

User-Level Checks

1. Log into ScriptSure Manage site: https://manage.scriptsure.com/login

2. Search for the user and then click on the "View" icon as shown below:

3. Click on the edit button 

4. Ensure there is at least one provider user assigned to the practice. The Title field on the provider’s user profile must be filled in (e.g., MD, NP, etc.).  Importantly, the User type must be Physician or Nurse Practitioner:

5. Ensure the practice zip code is only 5 digits.
