Add & Invite Users- Administrators Only

Add Users - Prescribers & Supporting Users


1. Login to ScriptSure: https://www.scriptsure.com 

2. Be sure you are an admin or have privileges to add a user - if you are an admin you will see the ADD USER or MANAGE USERS buttons.

3. Click "Add User" at the top of the screen:

4. Select the applicable option depending on if you are adding a new prescriber (doctor, MD, DO, PA, NP) or supporting user (nurse, admin, assistant, IT, manager).


5. Prescribers and Supporting UsersComplete the following fields and then click "Send Invite".

a. Prescriber or Supporting User's First Name

b. Prescriber or Supporting User's Last Name 

c. Prescriber or Supporting User's Title (Optional)

d. Prescriber or Supporting User's email address

e. Basic Administrator (Optional): Only check this box if the user should be allowed to make changes to the practice settings.

f. Full Administrator (Optional): Only check this box for administrators who need access to add, invite, or edit other users within the organization.

g. Associated Practices: Add Practice- (see more details below)

h. Prescribe for: Add User (Optional)- (see more details below)



Add Practice: Select the practice(s) the user should have access to.

a. Select the practice(s) individually

OR

b. Check all practices

c. Then click "Add Checked"


Prescribe for: (Optional) Select any prescriber(s) that the user should have access to create scripts for.

a. Select the prescriber(s) individually. (There are filters at the top that can be used to filter down the list into "Prescriber Only" or 'Supporting Only".) 

OR

b. Check all prescribers

c. Then click "Add Checked"
