Navigate to Patient's Chart
1. Login to ScriptSure: www.scriptsure.com.
2. Search for and select the patient.
3. Once you select the patient, the system will automatically take you to the chart.
Vitals
- Click "Vitals" to view or record vitals for the patient.
- A list of any recorded vitals will be displayed.
- Click "Add Vital" to record new vitals for the patient.
- You can also click the icon below to archive vital records.
