How to Setup Multiple DEA numbers for a prescriber in ScriptSure:

Steps:

1. Edit the prescriber's profile
2. Click Step 8: Service Level
3. Edit the Practice that needs a different DEA number.
4. Update the DEA #, State License #, and any other applicable information.
5. Click "Complete"
6. The system will automatically re-register the prescriber with the new information. Once it has finished processing, click "Close". If registration was successful, you are finished and can click "Complete" to close out of the user's account.

The updated DEA number will now be submitted to the pharmacy when the prescriber sends prescriptions for that practice.
