Messages Button:
The Messages button directs users to the messages window, where they can manage new prescriptions, refills, electronic Prior Authorization (ePA) messages, and view the history of approved and declined prescription-related messages for the practice.
Select Timeframe:
To edit the timeframe, use one of the following options:
a. Choose a date range manually from the dropdown next to the dates.
b. Utilize shortcuts next to "View All". For instance, selecting the arrow with "30" adjusts the start date to 30 days prior to today, with the end date set to today.
View All:
Choosing "View All" displays all categories of "History" or "Pending" scripts for the selected timeframe.
Pending:
Displays scripts pending during the selected timeframe:
Refill Request: View, review, approve, or decline refill requests from pharmacies.
Change Request: Review, approve, or decline change requests from pharmacies.
New Prescription: Review, approve, delete, or edit new prescriptions.
Error: Review and manage scripts not accepted by the pharmacy's system.
History:
Approved: View details of approved refills.
Declined: View details of declined refills.
Cancel: View details of canceled refills.
Error: View details of prescription errors.
Additional Options:
Practice: Select a practice.
Prescriber: Select user(s).
Manage PA: Manage Prior Authorizations through covermymeds.com
