Password Reset for Users

IMPORTANT NOTE: 

You can access the Manage Users & Practices in Scriptsure if you are a DAW client. If you use an EMR vendor, you must access that through your EMR platform.

Administrators can send password resets in ScriptSure under "Manage Users & Practices"

• Login to ScriptSure: https://app.scriptsure.com/login.
• Click your name in the top righthand corner.

• Then Select "VIEW" across the practice where the user is added to

• Scroll to "USER LIST" then to the righ you will find options to "reset password", "resend invite", and "view settings". You will have to click on the "REPEAT ARROW" button to send the password reset email:
