Bamboo Integration Guide

Bamboo would sometimes send a ticket through ScriptSure Support Email with a user/practice's PMP Gateway credentials. When you receive these types of tickets, you'll have to enter the credentials provided into the user/practice's account. Here's how you do it:

1. Log into manage.scriptsure.com.

2. Search for the practice mentioned in the ticket. (You can find this in the ticket's title).

3. Once you have the practice open in ScriptSure. Go back to the ticket and click the "Read the message" button.

4. This will then open a new tab where you will be told that this is a protected message, simply click the "Sign in with a One-time passcode" button to proceed.

5. Wait for a few seconds and a new ticket will appear in Freshdesk with the one-time passcode. Enter that passcode into the tab where you were trying to access the protected message.

6. Once you have access to Bamboo's Encrypted Message, you will find the PMP Credentials for the practice. Go back to your manage.scriptsure.com to and click the edit button for the practice.

7. Once the "Update Practice" window appears, scroll down to "PMP Gateway Credentials" and enter the PMP Credentials you found in the encrypted message you got from Bamboo.

8. While here, make sure that the practice has a Prescriber's NPI is entered in the Facility NPI field.

9. Now hit "SAVE".

10. Make sure that the prescriber who owns the NPI has a "Title". If the user doesn't have a title, fill it out. You can find the prescriber's title in the NPI Registry.

Logicoy Integration Guide
(PLEASE NOTE: Due to the simpler onboarding process, any states that are shared with BAMBOO Health, we recommend BAMBOO Health where possible.)

Please follow these steps for connection to LogiCoy for PMPnow integration services; this gives access to the PMP reports for the relevant states.  After the Logicoy application process is completed, then credentials are added into ScriptSure, but the steps below are the starting point for Logicoy integration for the appopriate states.

*Note, there are state specific requirements.

  1. Please email LogiCoy at PMPnow.integrations@logicoy.com with the following information: Facility or Organization Name and address (and dba if applicable)
    • Primary and Secondary contacts (name, email address, phone number)
    • Billing contact information (contact name, email address, phone number)
    • Name of EHR/EMR/PMS/other software vendor being used by the Facility
    • Technical contact information (name and email address)

*For Nebraska, LogiCoy will send this information NE PDMP staff. The PDMP staff will work with the facility or organization to facilitate connection. NE PDMP staff will then include LogiCoy for connection.

Once your email is received, our team will respond with the following:

  1. End User License Agreement (EULA) – must be signed
  2. Location template – filled in with location (address) of the facility (facilities)
  3. Provider template – filled in with provider credentials
  4. Any State specific form(s) – please see below

3) Please use the PMPnow.integrations@logicoy.com to email back the EULA, templates, and State forms if required.

4) Once the documents are received, provisioning will begin. Please see the chart for state specifications.

5) Once the facility and providers are provisioned, they will be added to the PMPconsole and LogiCoy will alert the facility that they are live and ready to utilize the PMPnow report.
