There are four(4) provider service levels.
NewRX - if this is active, the user will be able to send NEW (non-controlled) prescriptions through ScriptSure.
ControlledRX - if this is active, the user will be able to send NEW controlled prescriptions.
RefillRX - if this is active, the user will be able to receive Refill Requests from pharmacies.
ChangeRX - If this is active, the user will be able to receive Change Requests from pharmacies.
To activate or deactivate any of these, simply click the green "REGISTER" button found on the right.
Then check the box if that service level needs to be activated, and un-check the box if it needs to be deactivated.
