How to Setup Account for BAMBOO Access - Requirements

After getting username and password from BAMBOO health, the following needs to set and added on the provider's practice and personal profile to access the PMP Report:

1. In the practice demographics screen, there must be a zip code of 5 digits (9 digit zip codes like this "12345-6789" cannot be used).  The BAMBOO Network can only received 5-digit zip codes like this "12345"

2. Ensure that a facility NPI number (or atleast one of the practice provider's NPI is added to the practice profile (practice demographics screen).

3. Add the BAMBOO username and password to the practice profile

4. Find the provider (all providers) on a practice and make sure that their user type is set to either Physician or Nurse Practitioner).

After the above is done, the PMP Report button in ScriptSure will retrieve the data when clicked in a patient chart.
