Managing Existing Users Panel

How to Use the Manage Existing Users Panel


1. Login to manage.scriptsure.com.

2. Search for the practice in the Search All search bar or from the Practices tab.

3. Click View on the practice.

4. Click Manage Existing Users to open the panel.

A full list of all practice users (including active, inactive, and pending) will open in a popup. This panel will allow you to quickly add and remove users in that business unit from the current practice.


    a. Already checked users are users that already exist in that practice.

    b. Unchecked users are users in that business unit that are available to be added to the current              practice.

    c. You can click "Check All" to check ALL users to add all users in that business unit to the                      practice, or you can select active users only.You can also search for an individual user using               the search bar.

    d. Click the filter icon to view only Providers or only Supporting users (or revert to all users).



Manage Users Icon (Gear Icon)


From the Manage Users icon you can export the current active user list for that practice, export the full user list with all user data, register all providers on the electronic network, and setup unique user roles. Unique user roles allows you to set specific actions a user can or cannot do in ScriptSure.
