These are the steps on how to locate the Message ID of the prescription:
1. Select the patient.
2. Find the prescription in patient history that was sent. Click either the green check Pharmacy Received or red exclamation point Error icon.
3. The prescription detail opens and in the top left side of it is where you find Message ID.
