Prescribe Controlled Meds - Steps for Supporting Users

Create the Script and Queue to Provider for Approval

1. Login to ScriptSure: https://app.scriptsure.com/login

2. Search for and select patient

3. Click "Prescribe New Drug"

4. Search for and select med, strength, and directions

5. Edit script as needed

6. Click "Queue to Provider for Approval" - this will place the prescription on the patient's chart and in the provider's queue.  If the practice has PENDING PRESCRIPTION ALERTS enabled and the provider has a cell phone on their account, the provider will receive a generic text (or email) alert that there is a drug to approve in the application.
