After an account is created, users can be added to and invited to use ScriptSure. The users that are invited will receive an email link to complete their setup. For nurses, secretaries, IT staff and other SUPPORTING users, the setup process is very simple. The users essentially confirm their basic information and set a password.
For PROVIDERS, the setup process has many more requirements. Any provider (prescriber with a DEA and/or NPI number added to ScriptSure) must undergo Identity Proofing (IDP) and be issued a token for prescribing controlled substances. A token is simply an app downloaded to the provider's cell phone OR a physical device that can be purchased.
