The emails can be different between those accounts and often will be. We see a lot of providers set up for ScriptSure with their business email and ID me with their personal email. This is totally fine just the providers need to keep track of this of course.
Emails can be updated anytime in ScriptSure and ID.me within the respective applications.

One thing to know is that once an ID.me account is setup and ID proved, a provider cannot setup another ID proofed account. They will be stopped and forced to login in with the existing one. They can update the email after that, but can’t create two ID.Me ID proofed accounts.
