Whether you're an administrator overseeing a clinic or part of a health IT team, being able to view and edit a user’s profile is essential for maintaining accurate records and ensuring proper access control.
Step-by-Step Guide
1. Log In to ScriptSure Manage Site
To get started, visit the ScriptSure Manage Site URL (https://manage.scriptsure.com/).
Enter your administrative credentials to log in.
Note: Only users with administrative privileges can view and edit other user profiles.
2. Navigate to the “Users” Section
Once logged in, click on "Users". This will display a list of all registered users under your organization.
3. Search for a Specific User
Use the search bar to quickly locate the user you want to manage. You can search by:
- First or last name
- Email address
- Provider ScriptSure ID
Click on the "View" at the bottom of their profile.
4. View the User Profile
Once inside the user profile, you will see various sections, including:
Personal Information: Name, contact details, login credentials
Professional Information: DEA number, NPI, license state, specialty
User Settings: This includes User Electronic Options, Checks and Alerts, Miscellaneous and Print Settings
Permissions: This section displays users who are authorized to prescribe on behalf of this provider. It also indicates whether this user is permitted to prescribe using credentials from other authorized prescribers.
5. Edit User Details
To update any information, click the “Edit” button (usually at the top or bottom of the profile page).
You can now make changes such as:
- Correcting a name or email
- Updating DEA/NPI/license numbers
- Changing a user’s role (e.g., from Nurse to Physician)
- Enabling or disabling ePrescribing access
6. Save Changes
After editing, click “Save” to apply changes.
