In the ScriptSure Manage Site, administrators are responsible for maintaining proper access control to ensure security, compliance, and workflow efficiency. Over time, users may leave the organization, change roles, or need temporary suspension of access. In such cases, administrators can inactivate, reactivate, or, in limited cases, delete user accounts.
This guide provides step-by-step instructions for managing user statuses in ScriptSure.

Before performing any action, it's important to understand the different user status types:
- Active – The user has full access to ScriptSure services.
- Inactive – The user cannot log in or use any system features.
- Invited – The user has been invited to register but has not completed the sign-up process.
- Deleted – The account has been permanently removed (only available for user that have not completed the invite process).
