How to Allow a User to Prescribe on Behalf of Another User

This article outlines the steps to request access to prescribe on behalf of another provider.

1. Login to ScriptSure - https://manage.scriptsure.com/login

2. Locate the user using the Search Function. Select VIEW to proceed to the User's profile:

3. Scroll down the User's profile under the Permissions area, then select EDIT to request prescribing access

4. The providers listed here are those the user has already requested access to or has been approved to prescribe for. Click ADD PROVIDER to select a provider the user wants to request prescribing access for. Once all desired providers are selected, click Save.

5. The selected prescriber(s) will receive an alert in their ScriptSure portal to approve or deny the access request.

Once approved, the supporting user will be able to prescribe on behalf of the approved prescriber(s) in the ScriptSure eRx application, based on their assigned permission level.
