Provider Steps to Prescribe (MDs, NPs, etc.)

Important Note: Login by using Google Chrome or Apple Safari browsers when possible.

1. Login to begin/check queue in https://app.scriptsure.com/login

1. After logging in, check your prescription queue for any items you may need to approve (click Approve, Edit, or Delete as desired)

2. In the patient search box on the Home screen, search for a patient by Medical Record Number or the patient's name. Select a patient to open the patient's chart.

3. Click "Prescribe New Drug", or search in the "Search for a Drug (Brand or Generic) search bar, on the Prescriptions tab and choose your desired medication.

4. In the slide out on the right choose the drug strength or click "Add Format".

5. Complete the Prescription Preview popup and either select a pharmacy at the bottom of the window by clicking "Set Pharmacy" or by using the patient's preferred pharmacy that pre-populates. Then click "Send to Pharmacy", or choose "Queue to Provider for Approval".
