How to Use the Force Session Update and Open ScriptSure Session Features

An Open ScriptSure Session refers to an active and valid connection between a user and the ScriptSure platform. The user is logged in to ScriptSure (either directly or via a connected EMR).

A Force Session Update is the process of manually refreshing a user’s ScriptSure session to ensure that any recent updates or configuration changes are properly applied and recognized by the system.

How to do a Force Session Update

1. Login to Scriptsure- https://manage.scriptsure.com/login

2. Using the Search function, look up the user needing the session update

3. Once the user is selected, you can force a session update in 2 ways:

   a. Click on the 3 dots, then select Force Session Update

  b. Once the user is selected, click on View then select Force Session Update toolbar.

4. Press Confirm.
